Jeggry chatua (guda chatua)

Description

In Odisha, Sattu or Chatua is made by dry roasting brown chickpeas  andjeggry  grinding them into fine flour. The traditional way of preparing Sattu uses an iron vessel in which grains or gram are roasted in sand. Later they are filtered and then ground into fine flour. This is a very famous breakfast of Odisha. Anyone can eat this product. This food is very healthy and tasty, which contains good amount of protein, fiber, iron,carbohydrates .packet waight will be 480gm to 490gm
