Palm Jaggery is made from the extract of palm trees. It is dark yellow in color, amorphous solid with a gooey consistency. Palm Jaggery is obtained without the use of chemicals such as Sulphur dioxide, and bleaching agents. Palm Jaggery or Karupatti is more beneficial than refined sugar. Each balls approx waight will 2.5 to 3kg.
