Chandi DryFish (ଚାନ୍ଦି ଶୁଖୁଆ)

Description

Once the Order will generate, the product will process with in 3-5 days because we have to collect the dry fish from the coastal area.

This fish was directly collect from the sea & dried in sunlight. Once the dryfish is completely dry , after that added lots of  salt into it and dried again. This fish has lots of hooks and the fish is thin . . You can prepare this dryfish with blending of masala like mustard, onion & garlic.Fry the masala, add onion, brinjal & the dryfish.Then serve it. You can enjoy this dish with rice.
