Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Return Policy
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the product is damaged and proved then the product can be returned.
Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery without opening the product.
With all original labels and tags in Unused condition.
Original shipping charges is non-refundable.
You are responsible for return shipping charges with the exception of product being damaged.
Once the returned product is received by us and inspected and approved then refund will be initiated and it will take 10 business days for the amount to be reflected in customer’s bank account.
Refund Policy
Once return product is received and inspected; we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return item within 2-5 business days. If the return is approved, then we will refund you the item price within 5-10 business days
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway refund will be made to the same account.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the order placement will be approved in 2-3 business day. The bill amount of the product will be processed within 5-10 business days to the customer’s original bank account through which the payment was made. No change in account number will be entertained.
Cancellation after the shipment will not be considered for cancellation but the product can be returned in the original packing and customer can initiate a return. Please see the Return Policy for more details.
